2. What we process and why

Newsletter: your email, to send one monthly email (consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR). Unsubscribe any time from the link in every email or the unsubscribe form.
Event registration: managed through Luma; we access the attendee list (name, email) only to manage capacity, access and event communications (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Talk and city proposals: name, email, city, title, summary and public profile links, to assess and contact you (art. 6.1.b GDPR and consent).
Speakers: name, image, voice and talk content, to record and publish on YouTube, this website and social clips (explicit consent collected before recording). See the Legal notice for the rights assignment.
Attendees: photos and video may be taken at events; you will be informed at the entrance.

3. Retention

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Registrations: 12 months after the event. Unselected proposals: 12 months. Speaker recordings: indefinitely while the project is active, without prejudice to your right to request removal.

4. Recipients

Luma, Brevo (newsletter), [Google / Tally], Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok and our hosting provider ([Cloudflare / Netlify / Vercel]). International transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: write to info@1492tokens.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Cookies

No first-party tracking cookies. YouTube embeds use youtube-nocookie.com. Luma widgets and Google Fonts may set their own technical cookies.
